Laguna Beach AsianLocated in Laguna Beach, CA, the original builder of the property worked in Japan in the 1960's and was inspired by Japanese architecture as evident in the dramatic ceiling structure of the living room.
CMA added square footage to the project and integrated the flow of the living spaces as well as updating the kitchen. The finished space is a peaceful refuge for the clients and friends.

Hollywood CondoOld HollywoodOld-style 1970's condo transforms to glamorous Hollywood pied-à-terre with dramatic effects. The goal is old Hollywood with a nod to Grauman's Theater styling. Custom mercury mirror tiles pair with an antique French iron table, antique ancestor paintings and vintage turquoise Foo Dogs to add grandeur to a small entry. Blending custom designs with vintage furnishings enhances a bold, eclectic art collection.
